Finishing Trades Institute $5.6 Million Grant Offers Free Pre-Apprenticeship and Journey Worker Green/Sustainable Continuing Education and Green Advantage® Certification

Philadelphia, PA  (December 16, 2011)  This program is being made possible as a result of a grant awarded to the Finishing Trades Institute of the Mid Atlantic Region (FTI) from the Green Jobs Innovation Fund of the U.S. Department of Labor.   The FTI is partnering with the Finishing Trades Institute of Western Pennsylvania (FTI WPA) to provide training to 1900 participants.
