Cancellation & Rescheduling
The Green Advantage Exam Registration expires after one year. During that year you can schedule your exam at any time. The Exam fee is non-refundable, but you may reschedule your exam. Reveiw the following details about rescheduling:
Computerized Exam In-Network, To Reschedule - MORE Than 72 Hours In Advance
If you registered online for a computerized exam, and wish to reschedule your test at least 72 hours before your scheduled test time. Log-in to the Green Advantage® testing site and reschedule. No fee.
Computerized Exam In-Network, To Reschedule - LESS Than 72 Hours In Advance
If you registered online for a computerized exam, and wish to reschedule your test within 72 hours until your scheduled test time you can still reschedule, but you must pay a $75 rescheduling fee: contact exams@greenadvantage.org.
Computerized Exam, “Other Network”, To Reschedule
If you scheduled an “other network” testing, you must comply with the specific testing center rules. Contact exams@greenadvantage.org for instructions.
Group Exam, To Reschedule
If you scheduled for a Group exam, you may reschedule to take the exam individually at a computerized testing center; contact exams@greenadvantage.org to apply your exam fee to a computerized exam. No extra charge.
