Bruce Offner is an accomplished, versatile individual with comprehensive experience in project planning, pre-construction and overall field operations management within the industry. Experiences range from the conceptual aspects of value, cost and construct-ability with project program development through all construction phases. He has a varied Project curriculum, which includes; Hospital, Educational, Bio-Pharm, Laboratory, Heavy Industrial, Residential (public and private sector), Exhibit and Retail. He has also demonstrated strong leadership, problem resolution and “repeat client business” attitude. A solid work ethic and pride in personal performance. Bruce has an effective rapport with Owners, Tenants, Sub-Contractors and Trade staff with a ready capacity to create positive results from problematic circumstances. His duties and responsibilities have included multi-project control from pre-construction through occupancy.
