The Green Advantage® logo may only be used by those who hold current Green Advantage® certifications in accordance with the following Terms of Usage.
Individuals currently certified are encouraged to use the Green Advantage® logo and marks in marketing materials as an individual credential associated with their name or signature.
The Green Advantage® logo and marks shall not be used in a manner that implies organizational certification or certification of multiple individuals unless all individuals referenced are currently Green Advantage® certified
The Green Advantage® logo and marks may be used only in the form provided by Green Advantage® and may be used only for the purposes stated in these Terms of Usage.
It is understood that unauthorized use of the Green Advantage® logo and marks may result in the loss of certification as well as other legal consequences.
It is the responsibility of those using the logo and marks to provide Green Advantage® a copy of use within a timely fashion to be kept on file as long as it is in use.
Using the Green Advantage® name
While we encourage you to use the Green Advantage® name in conjunction with your business, preparatory training and products, please adhere to the following practices and guidelines.
Be certain to use the registered mark "®" after each use of the Green Advantage® name.
Terminology may communicate that you provide training for the Green Advantage® exams, but not that it is "Green Advantage® training."
Terminology may communicate that you are a trainer that provides training for the Green Advantage® exams, but not that you are a "Green Advantage® trainer."
Terminology should not convey that your organization is approved, registered, or otherwise endorsed by Green Advantage, Inc.
Terminology should not convey that you or other trainers are approved, registered, or otherwise endorsed by Green Advantage, Inc.
Those using the Green Advantage® name, logo and marks agree to abide by these Terms of Usage.
